Doctors and scientists agree that healthy diet can in any case minimize the risk of cancer! “Nature provides a wealth of foods with highly effective molecules,” says neurosurgeon Professor Richard Béliveau, who heads the molecular medicine lab at the Cancer Research Center in Montreal, Canada. Apple: The fiber in the apple prevents colon cancer. An apple a day is enough to reduce the risk of cancer
Broccoli: The green vegetables have long been attributed an anti-cancer effect. It should especially reduce the bladder cancer risk.
Beer: Especially Kölsch and Weizenbier (of course in moderation) can prevent bladder, prostate, stomach and lung cancer.
Curry: spice mixture with a high proportion of turmeric (20-30%), has a preventive effect on breast cancer.
Darkchocolate: Dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70 percent or more provides the body with polyphenols that fight cancer cells.
Greentea: Its natural tannins are designed to protect against skin, colon, breast, prostate and lung cancer. The Japanese tea should be particularly effective.
Herring: Omega-3 fatty acids reduce the production of inflammatory molecules that promote the development of cancer. Three fish meals per week can reduce the risk of breast, prostate and colorectal cancer by up to 40 percent.
Garlic: For almost all cancers except breast and prostate cancer.
Cabbage: Kohl inhibits the development of cancer and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Some protective substances only form during comminution. So chew well.
Nuts: The ellagic acid in nuts prevents the degeneration of cells and helps to destroy damaged cells.
Oliveoil: If you take a spoonful of olive oil every day, you fight the cancer right at the root. The oil can prevent the further development of tumor herds.
Redwine: The antioxidant resveratrol contained in the red wine has highly effective anti-cancer properties.
Rye: Rye is very high in fiber. It promotes digestion and cleanses the intestines – this prevents cancer.
Rosemary: Should be especially good for the prevention of liver cancer.
Soya: Soybean protects against breast, prostate and colon cancer. The soy protein can alter the human hormones so that it gets the property of anti-cancer substances.
Celery: Americans value celery as one of the most effective anti-cancer foods. Especially helpful against colon cancer.
Tomatoes: Lycopene, the red dye in tomatoes, slows down the growth of prostate cancer cells.
Wholemeal bread: The fiber in wholemeal bread slows down the production of bile acids, which promotes the development of colon cancer. The optimal effect is achieved with two to three slices per day.
Citrusfruits: They fight cancers of the digestive system such as oral, esophageal, laryngeal and stomach cancers. Citrus fruits prevent because they can act directly on cancer cells.
Onion: The tuber has a protective effect against almost all cancers, except for breast and prostate cancer. The onion also chases away bacteria from the gut and is therefore considered a herbal antibiotic.
